Shipping policy

We send all orders via a third party courier service. You can track your order online using the waybill number on your delivery notification email. If you do not have your waybill number or have an issue with your shipment, please email us at info@thecuddler.co.za. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email from our courier partner with a waybill number to track your order’s delivery status.

PLEASE NOTE: Should your area be a remote location, a shipping surcharge may apply. In such a case, we will contact you to advise of the additional courier fee applicable as a result of the additional charges applied by the courier company. You may then elect to either pay this fee or we will gladly cancel and refund your order in full.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped and arrive?

  • Items in stock-2 to 7 working days
  • Items out of stock-7 to 10 working days
  • Personalised goods: Bespoke goods require additional time as these items require customisation. The lead time for personalised poducts reflects on their respective product pages and varies from 10-21 working days, depending on the product ordered.

In cases of unavailability of an item ordered, The Cuddler will refund the client in full within 30 days. 

Please note that we always try our utmost to provide the fastest possible service.

Deliveries via courier will only be done on working days, within working hours, to the address provided by you. Please note that we are not held responsible for incorrect delivery details that are provided, so please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly on checkout.

Do you deliver to a postal address?

No, we do not deliver to any postal addresses. 

Do you allow for collections?

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa to a physical address.
